I’ve ordered my bag, when will it be shipped?

Atemporal will ship your order within 1-3 working days.  All orders will be shipped with the Royal Mail, 1st class, signed for. If you would like your order quicker please contact us at hello@atemporal.uk and this will be arranged with you along with payment for any additional shipping costs.

 

How can I pay?

All payment are processed by Shopify and PayPal, we do not hold or store any payment details. All major credit cards, debit cards and paypal are accepted. Only once the full payment has been received will your product(s) be shipped.

Once your order and payment has been received Atemporal will confirm your order via email – this will contain your name, the order number, order details and price as well as the shipping address, and signals the start of contract between us on the terms outlined on this page.

 

Will I need to pay customs?

If your delivery address is outside of the UK you will be responsible for all duties, VAT and import taxes. Please check with your local customs agency before placing your order as the cost will vary from county to county. Atemporal will not be liable for these costs.

Should the local taxes not be paid, this does not mean the bag will be returned to us and Atemporal will be unable to issue a refund, nor will we be held liable.
